time to apply h4 after h1 transfer

Hi Guys,

How much time should i wait after getting my h1 transfer to file my wife's h4? Do i need to wait for my 2 months salary slips of new employer before applying h4 ?
I have salary slips from my last employer. Is there any need for new employer's salary slip?

There is no such requirement. Your wife can apply for H4 visa anytime as long as you can provide your recent pay slips (irrespective of employer) to prove that you have maintained your H1B status.
