Hello,
I am currently working on H1 and it is valid till August 2017. I got admit for MS Spring 2016 and the classes start in January. I am waiting for my I 20 and plan to apply fro change of status once I get the I 20. I am planning to resign after I get the receipt for COS which will be more than 30 days before the tart of the classes
My question is :
Is there any 30 day rule that I have to resign from my job within 30 days from the start of the college or 30 days from the date on I 20 or can I resign after my receipt .
