I have H1b petition, my visa status is H4

I have H1b Petition tied to my previous company which I have left a month back, currently I'm staying in US in H4 visa and was planning to join some other company.
I have below question
1. Can my petition be transferred?
2. If yes, then can I start working of transferred petition or do I need to get H1B visa stamped.

This confirm that my petition is not revoked/invalid since i have already left my company without getting petition transferred.

Not sure what you are asking. The employer can revoke their petition. The petition doesn't need to be active for you to transfer it to another employer.
