H4 to L1 while in US
Greetings,
Have a query about H4 -> L1.
I am working in USA on H1 visa and my family (wife and kid) joined me this month on H4. My wife was working in India and resigned in August this year, she worked more than 3 years for XYZ. Now her employer (XYZ, office in USA as well) offered her to join here. She is also interested to resume her career. Queries:-
1) What is process for H4 -> L1? Employer XYZ has asked her for details which will be required for this process.
2) Does she need to go back to India for L1 stamping?
