Do I need H-1 restamping to enter USA

I have my H1-B visa valid till Nov 2006 from my company A. But now I work for Company -B and I have the approval papers, LCA and everything valid till Nov 2008.

Do I have to get new visa with my new employer information if I have to travel to India in Feb 2006?

Has anybody done this before?
If so what are the port of entry questions?

Legally, you do not require a fresh stamping. At the port of entry, you will have to show the new approval and also produce proof of continuing your employment with this second employer.
