DS 160 'Where Do You Intend to Work'

I work on client side and there are layers between my employer and client i work for.

I am filling DS160 for H1B stamping. I see question "Where Do You Intend to Work?" asking for Name of Employer, Street Address and phone #

Shall i mention my client’s address and phone # or my actual employer address and phone # ?

That should be the actual address where you will be working. Which should match the information filed in your LCA and H1B petition (I-129).
