H4 visa intended travel date and stay
Hi All,
thanks for all your suggestion and many thanks for immihelp providing useful information
i got H1B visa and visa validity from OCT 2015 to SEP 2018 ,3 years,now i am applying for H4 visa for my wife and child.
i have signed and submitted DS-160 form for my child and wife,and mentioned intended date of travel 29 April 2016 and intended stay as 3 years.
if i caluculate the stay from 29 april 2016 ,it goes beyond the my visa validity period,is it an issue,whether i need to create a new ds-160 from or my wife can explain during visa interview
