  • H1 Stamping

    Hello,

I am going for H1 stamping in less than 2 weeks. I am currently working in EVC model. My employer did not file for lca or h1 ammendment as the new client falls under the same MSA. And my lawyer is asking me to take old lca for stamping which has my old client address in it. And I had put new client address in Ds160 form. Is this a issue? Should I ask my employer to file for new lca? Even if he files how long does it take to get lca approval? How risky it is to go with old lca?
And also am not sure whether my client issues letter or not.

    Please respond..It is urgent.

    Appreciate your help

    Thanks

Yes, it will be a problem. The MSA rule has changes a long time ago. USCIS expects the employer to file a new LCA and H1B amendment when the work location changes. Check the below link.
