H1 B status same for last 5 months

Hi All,

The status of my H1 b petition still shows " your case was received -------------------------------------------". The status is not changing for the last 5 months. The company which filed my H1 petition is also has no clue what is going on. Can someone share some light as how can I get the application moving which is struck for last 5 months.

Ask your attorney to take an infopass appointment and go to USCIS office to check what the hold up is. Or upgrade to premium.
