Here is my case.
One f-1 to H-1 cycle complete, H-1 valid till 2017.
Laid off
Second masters (applied)
Now If i enter in spring, can i do a full time summer intern on CPT the first year???
Since I have been through lottery once, if file for H-1 again ( after completion) will it be cap exempt or not ??In other words since i do not have opt , can i use the previosu H-1 to work.
