Hi,
My previous employer applied for H1B Amendment for the client change. Meanwhile I had transferred(with approved I797) my H1B and joined new employer. I have asked my previous employer to revoke my H1B Amendment petition, but I did not get any confirmation from them and doesn't seem like they will be doing. So, I would like to know will there be any problem if H1B Amendment gets approved?
