H1B transfer

Hi,

I have my H1B approved through an consulting company in the U.S., I have not yet got my Visa stamped and I am still located in Bangalore. Under this condition can I get my H1B transferred to some other company?
what is the Min criteria for transferring the H1B?

Hi,
You need to be in h1B status to be eligible for a H1B transfer. Since you have not even gone for the stsmping of the first H1B, this option is presently ruled out for you.
