H4-EAD H4 Extension
Hi, My Wife had applied for H4-EAD using my I140 approval from my previous employment. I have since transferred to a different employer and my I129 recently got approved. Now the USCIS is Requesting for additional Evidence for which I can use my I129 approval. I still dont know if my wife's EAD application will be approved. Now my question is, does she need to apply for a new H4 extension based on my I129 approval?. Does the EAD application take care of that or do we need to apply for the H4 Extension separately since I have a new Employer?. can you please advise.
