Can a H4 travel to different location in US than H1 holder location?

Hi,

I have H1B and I stay in San Francisco. My wife and kid will be arriving in next couple of months, but they were planning to Visit seattle to visit her sister and cousin for 2 -3 weeks, then travel to San Francisco. Is that Possible? Can my wife with H4 travel to seattle when I am in SFO?

Yes. If asked, then need to let know that they will visit the family in Seattle and will go back to SFO.
