Got RFE on H1 B extension from Client A, Can I file Amendment from client B

My H1 _ B extension filed from Client A in the month of July 2015, My current visa is about to expire on 25th December 2015. In the mean time I have applied for Premium processing today I got the RFE into that one. Last Friday my project got completed at client A. I am selected for another client B with different location.
If USCIS will ask any documentation from client A, If my employer will unable to provide, At this stage
Q 1) Can we file LCA and amendment from Client B where I am going to work from 30th Nov 2015.
Q 2) Can we use this premium processing option for amendment ?

What is the RFE for? What documents are requested in the RFE?

Q 2) Can we use this premium processing option for amendment ?
>>> Yes. But it will be a bridge petition. The amended petition will get approved only if your extension goes through. Since the extension is already in premium, this won't be an issue to get the decision quickly.
