Need a confirmation on this.
I moved to a new employer, before moving to new employer;
Couple of months back my previous employer extended my h1b and my wife's H4. I already had I-140 approved from a year back.
My new employer got my new H1B and my wife I-539; now I m going to India for stamping; In DS160 for my wife, there is section for entering primary application and application number.
I guess, I have to add my name and my I797 WAC*** and not my wife's I-539 WAC **** *
Can someone please confirm this ?
