hello everyone..
my wife works at Infosys in India.. they had applied for her H-1B in Sep 2005..it got approved in Nov 2005..but we realized that her name is Jumbled up ( ie..First Name, Last Name and Middle Name )in the Form I-797 ...so we had asked them to do the rectification as per the correct order which appears in the Passport...
does this mean that they( Infosys ) will reapply/ file a new Petition for my wife and the Process starts right from scratch..or they will request a modification/correction to her approved Form-I 797 ???
