Hi All,
I've already transferred my H1B with Employer B and it got approved on 30th of October, 2015.
I've also received the petition (I797A) copy where the "Valid from Date" is mentioned as 2nd of November, 2015. But in actual I'll join this company on 30th of November, 2015.
Now my last working day with Employer A was 19th of November, 2015. I also have all the pay-stub until 15th of November, 2015.
But since there will be a gap in employment of 10 days before I join Employer B, will I be considered as "Out-of-Status".
