I-797 approved but passport not stamped

Hi,

I have a H1B visa and I need to travel to Bahamas for a short duration from US. I obtained the Bahama's visa too. But, I don't have the US visa stamped on my passport. Will that be an issue at the port of entry in US when I'm back?

U need valid H1B stamped on ur passport in order to get back to US after Bahamas Cruise.
