Fiance's previous F1 visa apps rejected, what's the affect on H4 app?

I am working in the US for the last few years on an H1B visa and plan to get married this year. My fiance is in India, and her previous few attempts to get an F1 visa were rejected 4 times on unknown grounds. Will this affect her ability to get an H4 visa once we get married?
