Visa Validity in case of Change of Employer

Hi,

Below are the details:-

Visa Type :- H1B
Petition validity till :- Jan-2015
LCA valid till :- March'2018

In the above case if an employee changes the employer from A to B,Does that petition and lca still stay valid despite being employee not travelling from the employer A(as visa has the name of the employer A) where it was initially issued?

Please guide me on this.

Petition will remain valid unless withdrawn by the employer or if the petition expires or revoked by USCIS.
