  • I-140 approved from previous employer, new employer not yet filed GC, stamping

    Any help would be appreciated.

I have I-140 approved from previous employer based on which i shifted to a new employer who hasn't filed my GC yet. I have already crossed my 6 years. I am going to india for stamping. They ask for I-129 as supporting document. Am i supposed to provide the one from previous employer? Or is it not even required?

Has previous employer withdrawn the I140? Hasn't new employer already filed an I129?

When you appear for visa stamping, your I-797, I-129 and LCA should all be from your current employer.
