Hi,
Would you know if I can travel to India:
I am on H1B since Oct 2010. My current stamp on passport was from previous employer which was valid till Oct 2015 only.
I have an approved 1797 valid till Oct 2016.
My current employer has started greencard process with priority date of July2015 beginning.
1. Can I travel to India Dec 2015 / Jan 2016?
2. Can I travel to India immediately after Oct 2016
3. Do I need stamping (I heard the rules have changed recently) if I go for Dec 2015 visit?
