  • Visa Stamping after changing Employer

    Hi,

I recently switch my job in H1, the visa got transferred and approved by USCIS and after that my wife is travelling to INDIA.
Her visa(H4) with previous employer is already stamped and so when she will be coming back to US then does she need to go for visa stamping again.

Her Visa is valid till Sept 2017 from previous employer.

Not necessary. But she has to show your current employer's I797 and carry any recent paystubs if available.

This is my opinion not legal advice.
