H4 Visa Stamping -Mumbai consulate

Hi

My spouse applied H4 Visa and she went for stamping last week @ Mumbai consulate , but still USCIS website shown that " Passport with Consulate / USCIS office" . I have valid petition till Nov 2018 and I am in USA.

So what we need to do for next step. Is it good / Bad sign ? Visa is approved or not ? we are consfused here
