H-1B Extension after H1 x-fer and previous I 140 revoked

I am with Company A. I got H1 x-fer approval with Company B for 1 year. Company B is willing to start GC process by day 1. LCA condition is it should be filed before 365 days before 6th year finish on H1. I have already finished 7 years on H1.

What if Company A revoked I-140? How can i get other extension with Company B before PERM approval?

H1 extension beyond 6th Year is based on either PERM pending for more than 365 Days or I140 approval. If company A revokes your I140, you will not be able to get extension based on that and would have to leave US.
