Over Stayed my H1

I had a H1/B1 status that ended 1/2000
in 2005 I had to go back to my home country (Emergency)
I have 2 kids in US, ages 11 and 14 - they both US citizens
How should I get a Visa to go back to US after being there for 5 years without a Visa

When a person overstays for more than one year, a 10 year bar is applied during re-entry to US.

Having children as US citizen doesnot make unlawful presence legal.
