i have entered in to 6/7th Year on My L1A, I want to Convert to H1 based on my i140 Approval. Am i Eligible for Cap 2017 H1B. Please Suggest.

I entered USA in 2010 on my L1B. In 2015 Nov I got my L1A approved. Have maxout in Dec 2017.
In 2013 Dec PERM was filed in EB2. Now my I-140 is approved.

My company is doing H1 conversion for CAP2017. Am I eligible for CAP2017 and one more year after that too?

L1A Maxout should be greater than 1st Oct 2017

I came to know from my company that you shouldn't complete your 6th year before 1st Oct 2016 to be eligible for 2017 CAP.Once you complete 6 year in US then you are not eligible for the L1A to H1B conversion.
