I need your direction...
I am on 4th year of H1 B Visa. My H1B extension in 2015 was filed by my current employer. my first H1b was filed by another employer in 2012 that i left before extension.
I do not have H1B stamp yet. But my Wife got H4 stamped in 2012 valid till 2014 when i was with my previous employer. She visited India before extension (in 2013). Now She wanted to visit India again, but she does not have stamp after Extension but she have approved I797 (H4 extension).
My question is if she goes to India, Does she needs to go for interview (same as first time) or she can go for drop box?
