Thanks a lot for all your suggestions. I would like to share my VISA interview experience. On 2nd December I have attended my H1B VISA interview. Here are the questions asked to me.
1. Who is your employer?
2. What is your designation?
3. What is your salary?
4. What is your highest qualification?
5. From which university you graduated?
6. How long you have been working for current employer?
7. How many employees in your company?
8. Who is your previous employer? I told I was on H4 till 09/30.
9. Still your wife is on H1B?
10. Where does she work?
Finally VO said your VISA appoved. But it took almost 7 days to get my passport back but for my friend he got it on next day.
I was able capture following questions from previous candidates
1. Who is your client?
2. How it is possible to work both wife and husband in the same company and project? Is this project really exists?
3. Show me your pay stubs and tax returns
Another candidate, actually VO denied visa for this guy
1. In LCA the salary mentioned 60,000$. Do you know the average living cost in US?
Candidate response : Travelling to USA and average cost of living would be 40K dollars per annum
2. How many other colleagues are travelling for the same project?
Candidate response : I am only the person travelling this project. But VO asked in LCA it shows 11 candidates. Candidate cofused a lot here
VO response : I cannot approve your VISA. I cannot believe you are right person for this job.
