H1B transfer when extension is In Progress

I am working for Company A and My visa(I-94) is expired on 10-Dec-2015. 2 months back my current employer(Company A) already filed extension in regular processing and I received the receipt number. Now I got new offer with Company B. I have the following question in my case

1. Can I change the employer now even though my current I94 is expired and staying with receipt number of Company A extension?
2. Will it have any impact if company B file extension in premium processing and it gets approved and then Company A with draws extension filed by them?
2. Will it have any impact if company B file extension in premium processing and it gets approved and then extension filed by Company A is Rejected?

Could you please let me know if your visa got approved when filed under extension and I-94 expired. Kindly suggest i am in same situation.
