hi,
I had my interview at delhi on feb1st.I was given 221(g) saying that additional administrative processing required.
VO stated the reason was having just 1 and 1/2 years experience.She was saying that it is compulsory for a H1B guy to have 4 years experience to go to us.She took my
1)I-797
2)employee offer letter and contract letter
3)I129B
VO said she will send these Docs to DHS for further additional administrative processing.After it is done they said they will contact me.
Are there any cases where visa was rejected coz of less work ex.I am working in a TOP MNC of india.I expalined her i am from top mnc but she didt botherto hear me.
She gave me the passport back without stamping anything on it.
Does that mean that my visa is rejected or after administrative processing is done will they contact me.
What is the time frame for Additional administrative processing.
