Hi I'm getting married on next month in India while coming back I will come with my wife.

Now I'm filling ds 160 form for my wife h4 visa in that form what I have to mention for the questions below
1. Marital status?
2. Point of contact? 3.
Relationships with you?

You can write marital status as married and you as the point of contact.

Ds-160 should be correct as of date of interview so as long as you two are married at that time it is fine.
