I have a question regarding my case of H1B Visa transfer.
I used to work for a Company A and company B filed for a transfer and I had joined company B after receiving the receipt number. The transfer for company B is still in process for 6 months without any update.
Now I have an offer from company C which has better benefits and salary, Can company C file a transfer from Company B while the transfer to company B is still in progress? Kindly help.
