Hi,
Here's my problem:
I got my H1 approval to work from October 2005. Before that, I was on H4 (I still have a valid H4). I have not got a project from my employer till date and hence, no pay stubs. I have not travelled to India in this duration.
I have got a full time oppurtunity from another employer who say they will transfer my H1. I applied for my SSN only 2 weeks back and it will take atleast another 2 weeks to come. Is there a way to get the transfer done without paystubs?
