H1-Renewal Stamping- Is H1 B amendment required, approved petitions prior April 9?

Hi,
I have the below scenario.

October 2014 ( New York) - H1B visa extension approved(till oct 2017)

November 2014 - Moved to different client in Austin,Texas
June-2015 -changed to another client in Austin,Texas(Same MSA)

Now going for Visa Stamping in India(Feb 2016), do i need to get the H1B amendment?

H1B amendment should have been filed before you moved to the new client location.
