7th year H1B transfer and got only 1 year

Hi,

It's my 7th year extension, I have approved i-140 and got 3 years extension ( till 06/2018) in previous employer. Joined new employer and got only 1 year (till 11/2016) based on the client letter and previous employer's i-140. Perm processing is not yet started in current company.

is it possible to get the further extension without approved i-140 in current company,if previous employer withdraws the i-140?
is it possible to get the extension 1 year based on previous company labor certification till 06/2018, if i-140 withdrawn the previous company?

>>> No. If their I-140 is revoked, then their PERM is no longer valid.
