H1 B Amendment procedure for new work location

Hi Team,

I hold an Approved H1B visa for Location 'A', Client 'X'. I need clarification on the below points -

1. What is the procedure that I will have to go through if my work location and client is changed?
2. I have been reading about an amendment to be filed for change of work location, How long will it take, after the request is been filed?
3. If my stamping is already done for location A, and I have to move to location B, what should be the course of action.
