I need advice from you guys.
I have australian PR and currently located in India. I am planning to travel to AUstralia by May.
I would like to apply for H1B as well.
Can I apply and what are the complications I may face?
If my petition is approved, Can I attend the visa interview from Australia at US Consulate?
