H1B Transfer time taken by USCIS

Can anybody please tell how long the USCIS is taking the visa transfer process in normal mode.

Because I have submitted my transfer application on 25th June but yet to receive any decision.

You should be able to check that yourself by going to uscis.gov. Check the processing time by the service center, because it varies by service center.
It is taking anywhere between 5-6 months these days. If it is beyond that, then your employer should take an infopass appointment to discuss your case with USCIS. That will speed the process.
