visa renew payment using NEFT transaction

Hi

Just I paid visa fee thru NEFT transaction and got reference number from that payment confirmation receipt.

On visa payment page they are asking to enter Receipt Number I entered the above reference number its not taking me to next page.

Keep throwing the error No valid record can be found for the entered receipt number.

Please assist me
