H4 entry at POE

Hi All,
My I797 is valid till May 2016 but visa is not stamped. My wife has got US visa stamped in India and visa is valid till 2016 May. She is planning to come back to USA on April 2016. Is my I797 enough for spouse to enter USA?

Yes. She would most likely get i94 only till visa expiry.
