L1 got extended after H1 and got RFE in H1 extension

Hi all !! We are in very difficult situation. We had filed for H1 extension and got RFE because our L1 was approved after H1 and I continued to work in L1 till Jan . In Jan I changed company with H1 employer and filed Certifued LCA. Now USCIS wants clarification for this. Please help how to resolve this situation.

You need to be more clear on what you are asking. What clarification is USCIS asking. Did the new employer file a COS from L1 to H1B?
