L1 got extended after H1 and got RFE in H1 extension

Hi all !! We are in very difficult situation. We had filed for H1 extension and got RFE because our L1 was approved after H1 and I continued to work in L1 till Jan . In Jan I changed company with H1 employer and filed Certifued LCA. Now USCIS wants clarification for this. Please help how to resolve this situation.

Thanks . Yes the employer had filed COS and certified LCA. USCIS wants clarification that if my H1 was approved why I extended L1. We gave the reason that I was in a middle of a very important project and could not leave the job before its completion .so I joined H1 employer 3 months late i.e in Jan .

Still not clear. Give me the proper dates of your H1B / L1 filing and their effective dates and date when you worked in H1B / L1 status to assist you properly.
