I am planning to travel to India in April 2016 and come back in 3 weeks. Last year I change my employer and I have valid stamping with Company A till Aug 2016
I have following questions
1) Since my I-140 with new employer is approved and my extension based on it is due and I will get it in Feb 2016, is the travelling with old employer H1b still possible?
2) Do I need to go for stamping in such case ?
3) Also my "6 years" of physical stay before I 140 is completing around April and according to few people, I got additional stamping based on previous employer's I-797, is that stamping valid with NEW extension I will get in March 2016?
4) Do I need to carry I-140 along with me?
I will appreciate to know the experts opinion on this.
