I'm planning to apply H4 EAD for my spouse. However she is in India on a vacation. I have received her signature and I filled up her form. The only problem is Both of our I94 has expired in the website. But the I94 in the I797 is valid till 2018 May. Someone know if I can still go ahead and apply for H4 EAD?
