Hi,
I need some advice filing the H4 EAD. My husband is currently on H1b which expires on Sept 2016 and he has approved I-140. Im on H4 which expires at the same time.
1. Should I apply for just H4 EAD and get it renewed later or should we apply all three H1 extension+ H4 extension+ H4 EAD together?
2. If I apply now, will the USCIS approve it before my visa expires?
3. How long does it take for H4 EAD renewal?
4. Will I be able to work during the H4 EAD renewal period?
Im concerned with the fact that it already takes somewhere between 90-120 days for H4 EAD approval and by the time I start working, I would again be cornered with its renewal. I might lose ample time in just the H4 EAD processing. Please shed some light on this.
