Two H1B visa stamping done can go for 3rd time, without travelling to india

I am in very puzzled situation please guide me,

I got H1B sponsor from "A" company done visa stamping, but didn't went to US coz of personal problems (Visa valid till Sep2017)

After 11 months I got offer from "B" company did petition transfer and also done Visa stamping (Valid till Nov2016), about to go US but on last moment project cancelled and now don't know when will have next project, and also petition and visa validity is till Nov2016.

Now my question is that if I get offer from "C" company and they do transfer in premium then:-
1. Which petition should I give them "A" /"B" company?
2. After successful petition transfer do I have to again go for stamping? as past both stampings are valid( can I travel with new petition and stamping from past company,(I haven't travelled to US till date.)
3. Will there be any issue from counslate side as I already have 2 H1B visa stamped on my PP which I never used and again after 2 months of last visa stamp I am applying for 3rd H1B visa stamping.

Please guide.

1. Normally, the original one is enough but you can give them both A's and B's petition.
2. I am surprised he consulate did not cancel your previous H1 B while issuing a new one. I would strongly advise getting yourself a new visa stamp.
3. I dont think so.
