Hi, my company is proceasing my h1b where client letter is not possible. I have been told that they will use SOW or MSA.
1. Is it suffient to go with only SOW OR MSA?
2. Should I build my profile as generic and show that my company wants me to work for multiple client in the same industry
3. If i build my profile based on client, in that case problem is my Offer has my company location and not clients?
Can someone help soon as I have to submit petition related documents in day or two.
