I was working with company A for client 1 for my 5 years on L1B.
Then changed to a company B who applied my H1B but company A offered me to work for them as a client. So i started to work for them as a client in a evc model.
I now have i140 approved and h1 extention from company B approved for 3 years. I plan to visit india for H1 stamping from company B(never been out of US on H1).
Do you think it might be an issue during H1 interview that i am working for same company A as client who was my l1 employer?
Any good answers if they ask me why i m working for same company A as client. My only reason was i knew the customers/ people and work so thought why not just work here..
